Is kraft mac& cheese healthy????!

Question: Is kraft mac& cheese healthy!?!?!?!?
Answers:
Heck NO! Just read the ingredients on the side of the box!. I re-read it from time to time when I'm tempted to buy some!. I realy love the taste but it is so fattening and full of sodium and other junkWww@FoodAQ@Com

McDonald's thinks so!.!.!.I think it could be worse!. They fortify it with all sorts of vitamins so at least it has that going for it!. Lots of sodium though, and I don't trust powdered cheese at all!. It certainly doesn't make a balanced meal, but for a snack it's fine!. For a whole meal there should be a veggie and protein with it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There is a lot of sodium in it but as long as you don't eat it every day and eat a lot of it it's OK to eat but I wouldn't say healthy!. Processed foods are not good for you!. It would be better it you made it from scratch but I don't have time for that!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

do you even have to ask!? if you absolutely have to eat mac and cheese make your own or have annie's brand, its delic!. make your own by mixing equal parts butter and flour, then add milk and cheese for the sauce!. boil the noodles and voila!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nope unless you buy the whole wheat kind (it's kinda gross)
