want to have something healthy(ish) but not too boring as it's friday night and i'd rather be going out for a meal but money doesn't allow!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

chillie con carne - buy it in uncle bens jar add lean mince, kidney beans and have it with a little rice!. thats what were having and the whole family is on a diet!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

for a taste of italy-

frozen pizza
topped with extra cheese and vegetables with a side of lettuce and a little dressing/salad leaves

risotto
make it cherry tomato asparagus mushroom or some other vegetable based, lots of veggies include

pasta with tomato based sauce topped with grated cheese and with salad/and or veggies

veggie lasagne
needed lots of vegetables and spinach, bechamel sauce, a tomato sauce cheese and lasagne pasta sheets


mexico

beans and spices in a wrap with cheese,
stir fried veggies and beans if possible with spice
baked or just heated

veggie beans chilli
kidney, pinto, butterbeans, several varieties if possible
vegetables eg carrot, corn, mushroom
veggie soy mince maybe
spice
look for online recipe but v!.easy top with a little cheese, serve with rice and lettuce

doritoes topped with melted cheese, shredded lettuce, salad onions, on top of baked beans or refried beans if you have them, with salsa and guacamole on the side


India
make a veggie curry using spices and yogurt or coconut milk and cauliflower, potato, mushrooms!. good recipes on the internet! serve with basmati or wholegrain rice

dahl-lentils, beans, vegetables perhaps and spices to make this stew like filling mixture, serve with rice


england

vegetable stews or casseroules
savoury crumble
bangers and mash with salad
mushroom stroganoff
spag bol

america

veggie or bean burger and oven cooked spiced potato wedgies and salad







or just make a big salad thats summer fresh
-marinated tofu, olives, feta cheese, crumbled goats cheese, iceberg and romaine lettuce, rocket, cherry tomatos, sliced bell pepper, raw shreddings of carrot and beetroot, sesame seeds, clemantine pieces, sliced mango, avocado slices, cold pasta, pesto, drizzles of vinegarette and olive oil

I'm sure you can expand upon this hehe

remember-even an egg omelet can become magic with the right spices/herbs and good cheese and veg!.

make sure you eat pudding-icecream, cheesecake, cake, crem brulee, frozen yogurt!?!?!?

Season some chicken, or use some jerk sauce on it or peri peri if you have any, and cut some potatoes in to small ones & boil and cook in the oven with olive oil on! and have some sald with it or veg,! umm umm! ooh i might have that for tea!?!? im skint too ha ha!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

depends on what sort of food you like!.
if like me you like english food maybe try making something like a cottage pie or a stew!.
if you like forein foods such as currys ect they are very simple to make !.Www@FoodAQ@Com
