Answers:
lots of things such as grilled meat, Meat is better on a grill because it isnt floating in grease!. Cut down on the amount of salt you use!. Skinless chicken is good and so is fish!. Baked potatoes are great, rice is awesome, maybe some whole wheat pasta with a marinara sauce or even a regular sauce with lean ground beef or ground turkey!. You can make lots of things with ground turkey and it is lower in fat than red meat!. How about a turkey burger on a whole wheat bun topped with some light mayo, alfalfa sprouts, fresh mushrooms, some tomato and maybe a little avacado!. Salads are great as long as you go easy on the dressings and that is where all the fat and sodium is!. Instead of those cream dressings try some olive oil mixed with some balsamic vinegar or a lite italian dressing!. Fresh fruit is good!. How about a tasty fruit salad with some low fat cottage cheese or vanilla low fat yogurt and top it with some granola!? Vegetables are excellent!. I like oven roasted veggies!. It is soooooo good!. My favorites to roast are broccoli spears green beans asparagus or brussel sprouts!. All I do is wash them place them on a cookie sheet and toss with a little olive oil and salt and pepper and bake!.

Hope I was of some help to youWww@FoodAQ@Com

Try soups with veggies and beans, very fulfilling and healthy (all the vitamins go in the broth)

also, If you eat meat, try the leanest cuts of meat, no skin, baked, grilled (preferred), turkey or chicken breast, seafood (tilapia, salmon, grouper)

you can also do a stir-fry with olive oil and brown rice!.
Steam your veggies but eating a raw salad with little or no dressing is best!. also, Italian dressings have less fat that the rich creamy ones!.

for starches do Brown rice or sweet potatoes!. They won't spike your blood sugars

Don't do sauces or gravies, no breading

lean meats such as turkey, chicken, and fish, accompanied with vegetables!. I eat a lot of turkey and chicken salad, with fat free italian dressing!. Plain baked potatoes are also very good, or if it was more than a side you could add low fat butter, and sour cream too it or maybe stuff it with vegetables such as broccoli and a little drizzle of cheese sauce!.
