Yes!.!.!.!. I enjoyed a good cream tea, of course I put cream first then later jam on to the scone, it is much easier to do in this sequence, and it looks delicious and attractive!.

P/s: not many people know how to enjoy a cream tea nowaday in Singapore!. I learnt it from London!. It is very hard to find a cream tea shop!. Singaporean loves to go Ah Koon or Kopitiam to enjoy their tea during tea time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Gordon Ramsay had a wonderful recipe for home made scones in the Times a while back, and oh lordy!!!! And the jam must go on first, if it's not the law then it should be!!!!

I live in the west country, so I have them regularly!. I put jam on first, then heaps of yummy clotted cream!.
