Answers:
I use radiatore pasta and a mix of cheeses!.

The ridges of the pasta hold the cheese sauce much better and using a mix of cheeses give you more depth of flavour than using just one cheese!.

Some favourites are fontina, mimolette, english or vermont cheddar, a little parmesan, and swiss or jarlsberg!. I usually use a bechamel based sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Elbow macaroni is the most commonly used pasta !.!.!.!.!. I like a combination of cheddar and mozzarella or provolone!. Obviously, only REAL shredded cheese (not processed or "cheese food")!. If you're doing stovetop mac & cheese, some cream cheese would be good!. I usually make baked mac & cheese though, so I add a white sauce over it all!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like elbow macaroni and cheddar cheese!. I use cream and not milk, spread bread crumbs over the top and bake it!. Sometimes I add ham or bacon if I want a change!. It keeps it's traditional macaroni and cheese taste then, and I love how the bread crumbs on top give it a little bit of crunch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i agree with the person above me elbow or shell are my personal favz!. velvetta I think works a bit better than cheddar!.So I would go with velvetta with shell and cheddar with elbow!.But if you want a easy way,get some easy mac!.It's quick and easy and tastes pretty good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

How about you make your life a lot easier and use the Kraft kind that comes in the box!. the cheese is supplied and all you have to do is boil the pasta that they supply and follow the directions!. it taste really good!! =))Www@FoodAQ@Com

Elbow and Shells are the best!. They hold the cheese better!. I usually use munster, cheddar and Colby Cheese!. Munster gives it a pepper taste, cheddar gives it a sharp taste, and the colby makes it creamy!. Good eats!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've used elbows, rotini, oriechette, penne!.!.!.!.!.!.whatever I have handy!. And I use a combination of cheeses, not just one!. I use white cheddar, fontina, asiago and monterey jack!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Macaroni w/ Cheddar!.
For a special treat stuff each piece of macaroni individally!. "Straight" pasta is easier to stuff than elbow macaroni!. Be sure to start early in the morning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
