A giant glass of jasmine iced tea with lemon before work!. Then because of work, I get to snack on little bits of food all day!. So if you can consider veggies, salami, turkey, roast beef, pasta, and cheese, breakfast!.!.!.then that's my breakfast!. I eat better on the weekends!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i usually eat cereal and fruit, but if it's a good day, pancakes, sausage, and fruit are on my plateWww@FoodAQ@Com

2 shots of espresso with fat free milk and 2 shots of sugar free chocolate- that's my breakfast!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Either two soft boiled eggs and whole wheat toast or crackers or if I don't have time to make the eggs then cereal and rice milk!. With some fruit mid-morning!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

A mix of starchy and protein heavy foods, usually a whole grain hot cereal and meat product!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I mostly sleep through breakfast but when I'm awake i eat yogurt, cereal, or just a banana!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
