How good is microwave veg?!
I've recently moved out, Im a single man, very busy but also a little lazy!
I've discovered microwave in a bag vegtables, I think this is great, its quick, tastes good and is healthy!.!.!.!.!? right!?

Yep, all of the above!. I believe you are talking about the "steam in a bag" veggies, right!? Any frozen veggie is better than canned!. And these are as close as you can get to fresh!. Just don't use the ones with sauces as those will contain a lot of fat and sugars!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Sure and it's good for you!. If you have any concerns about safety, take the veges out of the plastic bag and nuke them in a covered glass bowl!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
