Red meat as the name states is meat that is red in colour!. It also has a high iron content and includes beef, lamb & mutton, goat and the reddest of all (that I have personally seen) is kangaroo!. I am sure that there are other animals that people in the world eat, but the above are the commercial ones, in australia anyway!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
