in a restaurant i like crispy duck,
theres a restaurant in brampton called the dynasty,
they bring out a whole crispy duck , and the waitress shredds it up infront of your eyes , it is served with pancakes , spring onion and cucumber and hoi sin sauce , that keeps me quit for half an hour,
for a take away , you cant go wrong with spare ribs , special fried rice and prawn crackers , although spare ribs vary from take aways,
i dont like the tiny spare ribs which are served with sauce and look like the meat has been chopped off first to throw into your special fried rice,
i like the big fat, dry spare ribs with endless amounts of meat on and the tiny lumps of cartilage or grissle on the end of the bone , which for some reason always reminds me of a pigs noseWww@FoodAQ@Com
