Mix mash with enough flour to make it roll-out-able, and you can do lots more with it - roll it and and cut it into rounds to be fried or baked, with herbs or bacon in it if you like!.
Use it as a pie-topping, or try it round sausages instead of pastry for sausage rolls - you can use veggie sausage & bacon!.
It's nice with cheese in it too!

I do, I try not to eat it too often because it's fattening and I can eat massive quantities without realizing it but if it didn't I would eat it everyday!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
