make a bean or lentil salad or buy a tinned variety, like by the company 'st dalfour'

olive and feta salads are also nice, as are cream cheese stuffed sunblush tomatos

rice cracker snacks are nice if you take a few and a small dip such as thai sweet chilli

seaweed and sushi are good

rice salad

egg salad-use lots of lettuce and veg and light mayo and pepper/seasoning

vegetable soup in a flask that you can warm up at work with a microwave!?

sliced bell peppers and hummus to dip

breadless falafel-several pieces on a salad-with hummus and or yogurt

yogurt -freeze it the night before so its frozen when you get it

marinated tofu-lightly fly/bake at home and marinate in sweet chilli or satay-serve in a lunch box on rice/and/or salad

vegetable crudites with hummus dip

vegetable spring rolls or samosas
-quite satisfying alone-just cook the night before and refigerate over night

-protein shake made of yogurt or soya milk and ripe banana blended in and berries

plenty of water obvWww@FoodAQ@Com
