Question: What is a supplement for blue cheese!?
I am making Buffalo chicken sandwiches for dinner tonight and the recipe calls for blue cheese crumbles, but neither my husband or I like blue cheese, what is a good supplement!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Feta Cheese is awesome and has a similar taste, but is much more mild tasting!. I think that it is slightly cheaper too!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Gorgonzola or feta would work!. If you don't like those either, you can use pretty much any kind of cheese in a recipe like this!. Try cutting sharp cheddar, nutty swiss, smoked provolone, pepper jack, even a mozzarella into small cubes and sprinkle it on!. Use a cheese with an interesting flavor if you can!. Bon appetit!Www@FoodAQ@Com

In this case, you would substitute any cheese that you and your husband like!. I LOVE blue cheese, but you could use swiss, monterey jack, etc!.!.!.!. just use your favorite!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't like blue cheese either;) !.!.!. Ranch dressing is a great substitute!. There are some mild, white Mexican cheeses that crumble, if you want little chunks; or crumble up some Muenster cheeseWww@FoodAQ@Com
