Question: How to cut brie cheese!?
Is there any good way to cut the outside covering off of brie!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
The rind on brie is edible, so you don't have to remove it!. It is normally served as a wedge that guests slice pieces off with a cheese knife!.

If its a matter of taste, you can use a cheese knife (or a paring knife even) to remove the rind!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The rind is edible!. The brie should be at room temperature, and use a soft knife to cut it into wedges!. Let people decide whether or not to eat the rind, you can always just leave it behind if you don't like it but I do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can freeze the cheese!.then you can do whatever you want!.
generally, the outside part is to be consumed also!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
