How to cut brie cheese?!

The rind on brie is edible, so you don't have to remove it!. It is normally served as a wedge that guests slice pieces off with a cheese knife!.

The rind is edible!. The brie should be at room temperature, and use a soft knife to cut it into wedges!. Let people decide whether or not to eat the rind, you can always just leave it behind if you don't like it but I do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You DON'T cut the outside off of it to serve!.!.!. cut a wedge out of it and use a cheese knife to get the cheese out!. Some people like to eat some of the rind tooWww@FoodAQ@Com
