Answers:
Pastas, Potatoes, Bananas, Bread/Grains/Rices, and some fruits!.

Sugar is also a carbohydrate, but is empty worthless carbs that will cause a sugar crash; so avoiding that is important!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Anything that is sweet is high in carbohydrates whether liquid or solid: soft drinks, cakes, sweet fruits, ice-creams, chocolate bars, etc!. also some foods like rice, bread, potato (baked, fried, etc!.), pasta!.!.!. are also high in carbohydrates!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cereal, Breads, Grains, Potatoes, starches, pancakes & waffles, beans, rice (especially long grain white rice is LOADED with carbs) fruits (apples/bananas are your best high carb choices there)
and pasta of course!.

Almost anything white -- bread, potatoes, flour!. Anything sweet -- fruit, sweet potatoes, candy, cake!. I don't think eating a lot of foods you're not used to is a good way to prepare for physical exertion; it's more likely to make you throw up than to make you run fast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
