I make my braciole with thin cut round steak!. Mix together bread crumbs, fresh chopped parsley, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and grated romano cheese - layer prosciutto over the steak, then sprinkle bread crumb mixture over the prosciutto!. Roll them up and tie them so all the filling stays inside!. Cook in homemade sauce ('Sunday gravy' is what Italians refer to as homemade sauce), with some red wine, &!.simmer till tender!. Some folks add pine nuts, raisins and or eggs!. It's a matter of personal taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
