Question: Which foods contain the "healthy" fat like Peanut Butter and Salmon!?
Answers:
Here's one page where you can read about the amounts of healthy oil in various kinds of fish, nuts, seeds, legumes, avocados, and some whole grains:

p!.s!. Just be aware that most regular peanut butters (peanuts are not nuts, btw --they're actually legumes) have had a lot of the "good" oil removed and a different oil added--usually partially hydrogenated oils like cottonseed and rapeseed for hydrogenation, so that the final peanut butter will stay mixed and a certain consistency!.!.!. that's why people who really want the healthy nut oils in peanut butter often go for the "natural" stuff where the oil is on the top and has to be mixed in!. There's still a lot of the natural peanut in even those partially hydrogenated peanut butters though!.
