Answers:
hey H ! Ok dont stress out about this!. you eat very healthy !. There is no scientific evidence at this time to suggest that organically produced foods are more nutritious!. However, well-balanced soils grow strong healthy plants which many believe taste better and contain more nutrients!. Many restaurant chefs across the country are using organic produce because they think it tastes better!. Organic growers often select varieties to grow for their flavor, not only their appearance!.Prices for organic foods reflect many of the same costs as conventional foods in terms of growing, harvesting, transportation and storage!. Organically produced food must meet stricter regulations governing all these steps so the process is often more labor and management intensive, and farming tends to be on a smaller scale!.
There is also mounting evidence that if all the indirect costs of conventional food production (cleanup of polluted water, replacement of eroded soils, cost of health care for farmers and their workers) were factored in to the price of food, organic foods would cost the same, or, more likely, be less expensive!.
Cut out as many processed foods as possible!. But remember alot of foods that you would never guess are processed in some way!.
The mainstream perspective in the United States is that red meat should be a very limited part of a healthy diet!. This is primarily based on the fact that it contains saturated fat, which the American Heart Association says is the main dietary cause of high blood cholesterol!.

Meanwhile, studies have linked red meat to a number of chronic diseases, including:

Breast cancer

Colon cancer

Prostate cancer

Heart disease
I dont think there is any need to be really worried!. You already know what to eat and what to avoid so just keep eating those fresh fruits and veggies no matter where they come from!. Where I live in the city their are stores that sell in bulk and sell mostly locally grown produce and that way they can keep the prices of organic cheap and comparable in price to the crappy produce walmart sells!. I like to shop at places like this so I can get more healthy food for my money!. You also have to bring your own bags and containers!. That helps keep their prices lower too!. Look and ask around and se if your area has a store like this!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm having a hard time understanding what you're asking but here's what I got!.!.!.

Although organic is certainly better (in my opinion), I think that if you're at least trying then you should be fine!. I'm a strict vegetarian and I try to be as natural as possible!. Instead milk, I drink rice milk, which has just as much calcium as normal milk, but isn't as fattening!. also it lacks the antibiotics and hormones that cow's milk carries!. As for meat, I don't really know where you get your meat from, but if you want something that's a little less processed then try going to a butcher instead of your local Wal-Mart, or wherever!. I think you can still be healthy, it's just that you have to watch what you eat, especially meat and dairy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Absolutely!. Fruits and veggies are always good to eat, even if they're not organic!. As a rule of thumb, if you decide to eat something pre-made or from a container, etc, read the ingredients!. If you don't know what one or all of the ingredients are, chances are you shouldn't eat it!. As for breads and rices, NEVER eat anything white!. (white bread, white rice, white flour) As for whole wheat, once again, check to see what's in it!. You will find natural breads in a bakery (or bakery bread sold in a supermarket, such as Callandra's)!. Granted, it won't keep as long in your pantry, but who cares if you actually know what's going in your body!.

As for red meat, unless you don't like red meat, there's no reason to torture yourself by not having it!. Choose lean meats (specifically marked at the butcher) or even a regular old steak, attempting to cut off as much fat as possible!. Stay away from fattier red meats and only eat it like 1-2 times a week!.

As for fruits, berries are the BEST!. Lower amounts of sugar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can definitely still be healthy!. For some fruits and vegetables, eating organic isn't really necessary!. Anything that you don't eat the skin of is pretty much safe!. As for non-organic, just make sure you wash your produce really well!. You can also buy sprays that help clean your produce but quite honestly, that just seems weird to me!.

If you have a local farmers market, it may be worth checking out!. Sometimes they're a lot cheaper!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would say definitely!. If you want to be healthy I would also limit sugar (which is said to be a nesting ground for disease) and increase water intake!. Organic is better, but if you can't buy organic, do the next best thing!. I heard there is a produce wash to get any residue off of the vegetables or fruit!. Exercise is also very important to help rid your body of toxins!. Exercise is good for your skin also (it helps build collagen)!. Good for you!. Many people aren't willing to change their lifestyles!. That is why so many people are sick!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

organic is really what kind of soil they are grown in and what likely chemicals they leave out!.Organic tastes differently they taste closes to the soil which is in return closer to nature!. Yet you would like to wonder if it is okay to eat other veggies!.!.!.Yes of course it would be good to eat lots of fruits and vegetables remember to wash them thoroughly!. Salmonella is constantly has been found on such rinds as Cantaloupe and Honey Dew due to their skin it usually shows up as white like fuzzies it is good when using this melon to not co-contaminate the rest of the fruit!. Cleaning Celery means washing it and taking off the strings to the back of the stalk!. Just some added tid bits!

Limits what kind of limits is one putting against oneself for this!? !.!.!.Red meat!.!.!.well most people would say if one was going for the full effect then one should cut out all the meat!. Even eggs and dairy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, I believe so!. Do you know the "Eat Like Your Grandmother" concept!? Only eating what would have been available two generations ago!? I don't think any of that food was called "organic" back then!. If you're getting in fruits and vegetables - even NOT organic - you're doing your body good!. Stick with it!. And staying away from the processed as much as you can!? Excellent!. Don't worry, EAT happy! I congratulate you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

absolutely!. I'm in the same boat!. Non organic produce may be more questionable in terms of pesticides and growth hormones, but the vitamins and minerals our bodies need are still there!. It is much better to have those vitamins and minerals from any fruits and veggies, than to not have them at all!.

Happy eating :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Of course! It doesn't have to be organic to be healthy!
Try buying some local fruits or veggies if you can!. If you cut out or cut back on the processed foods your doing great!. Look for whole wheat and whole grain foods also!. If you eat no red meats just make sure you have a balance diet with irons and proteins in another way!.

Here is a google search for healthy diets!.
http://www!.google!.com/search!?q=healthy+d!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, you will definitely be healthier if you get a diet that is loaded with fruits and veggies!. With any produce, but particularly with non-organic, be sure to wash the skins throughly before consuming!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
