What is an easy (no-prep) and reasonably health lunch to bring to work everyday?!

Question: What is an easy (no-prep) and reasonably health lunch to bring to work everyday!?
I need a lunch option to have at work for me to eat at my desk during the day!. I'm busy so if I don't bring something I'll either go without (which fouls up my mood and afternoon) or I'll run to a quick fast food joint and spend money and eat something not so good!.

I don't mind eating the same thing every day and I am horrible at doing much prep work at home either in the evenings or mornings!. I've done the cup-o noodles thing but those are pretty bad for me and I'm hungry in about 5 minutes after eating it!.

Are there any prepared/frozen meals that aren't that bad!? Any other instant things that people eat!? Something I can make on weekends that'll last me the whole week!?

Ideas please!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

a simple easy alternative is buying pre sliced and cleaned vegetables!.
you can use these in saleds, which you can buy pre cleaned and mixed!.
you can put them in a ziplock container add a bit of water and mocrowave them for a steamed effect, then sprinkle on some mixed seasonings!.
these are healthy easy things to do!.

Look for fiber content in your food selections!.

Weight Watchers and Lean Cuisine sell microwavable lunches and entrees that are great!. also, Wasa Fiber crackers drizzled with a little extra virgin olive oil on the side will leave you satiated!.

One cup of Activia yogurt with one cup of fruit is filling (lots of fiber)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Subway isn't very busy in the mornings, just pick up a sandwich on your way to work!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I don't cook on the weekends for the next week (put a roast or a couple chickens in a crock pot or roaster and add some veggies - enough to look like it will serve 6-8 people - and you will have lunch for the week and some to spare!), I pick up some Lean Cuisine meals (the whole dinners or lunches, not the entrees!!), and then I pick up a tray of cut veggies and some french bread (they have sliced wheat french bread in many stores!!), and I add some canned tuna or salmon or sardines!. These items can give me a little variety and much of it lasts a long time! If you don't have a fridge at your office, just bag up some of the veggies to take each day (or you can bag them up when you buy them and just grab from the fridge)!. I like the bread, veg, and fish combination (buy one of those plastic lemons or limes and take with you)!. I hope these suggestions help!.!.!.you'll think the LC meals are a little spare, but when you finish one, you'll be full!! I take a bag of veggies to fill in if I'm really hungry!Www@FoodAQ@Com
