What foods can I eat to get proper nutrition?!
Like what foods can I eat every day to get lots of every kind of vitamin and nutrition!? That's not very fattening!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it's fresh from the earth, it's probably a good choice (coconuts and avocados are borderline here)!.
The wider the palette of colors of the food, the better the variety of vitamins you're getting!. Darker colors, better nutrition!. Avoid ice berg lettuce!. It's not worth the money or the effort!.
You need protein!. Check eggs, nuts, chicken!.
Fish for Omega 3 and 6
Flax seed (sprinkle it in almost anything, including smoothies and salads) are great!. They assist in maintaining low weight!.
Remember to have some calcium (3 servings) every day!.

Anything that mother nature provides is excellent for you : )
Like watermelon, cucumber, spinach, broccoli, mangos, bell peppers, bananas, potatoes, oranges, cantolope, !.!.!.
Oh the list goes on!. Avoid processed foods, if you're not sure read the label- if it contian ingredients you can't pronounce then its not good for you!.
You can also take daily multi-vitamins!.
