Grilled zucchini is great! I had it the other night with my steak!.

Cut them into slivers
Put Italian dressing on them
Grill (not too long) until you can clearly see nice dark streak marks

roll up some idaho potatoes in tin foil throw em in the bottom on the coals

butter, sour cream, and chives go in when theyre done!.!.!.man thats gooood!.

take whole garlic, just slice the bottom off!.!.!.dribble olive oil in, wrap in tin foil, cook on the grate!.!.!.thats great too!.!.!.

i love onions!.!.!.theyd be going in a cast iron pan on the side with some mushrooms too!.!.!.!.alittle salt ,pepper ,garlic, and olive oil, brown em up! put on your steak!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can also bbq thick sliced portabella mushrooms!. They taste wonderful if you marinade them in Italian dressing for about an hour before you grill them!.
If you don't have the time for that the why not a baked potato, you can even microwave it!.!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mmm!. I love grilled steaks!. (BTW, it's steaks!. Stakes is the thing that you put in the ground!.) I would suggest potato salad and corn with the steaks!. Have fun grilling!Www@FoodAQ@Com
