Other than color, what differences are there between light & heavy oil?!
Answers:
Many light oils (except safflower) have been refined for the convenience of manufacturers; they get the longest shelf life and stability!.
Heavier oils can be more natural!. They may get rancid and should be refrigerated!. They have more flavor, vitamins and minerals that may go bad in lighter oils!.
I'll stick with natural!. NOT Crisco oil!
