Answers:
In my experience, split chicken grillers are thin, split chicken breasts, and "leg quarters" are leg and thigh together as one piece (never called "split")!. The last time I bought chicken grillers, I was disappointed!. It looked like someone brand new to the meat department had tried to cut split chicken breasts, and the pieces that weren't "pretty" were stuck together in packages labeled "split chicken grillers"!. "Split chicken grillers" are basically chicken breasts that still have the bones, but they are thinner, which makes them cook more quickly on the grill!.

Most "split" chicken is the breast!. Leg quarters are just that: drumstick and thigh still connected at the joint!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The ad is not coming up!. However, the Leg Quarters usually include half of the back!. I don't think the grillers do!.

I couldn't see the photos, but the split grillers MIGHT be an entire chicken, split in half; whereas the leg quarters are the legs & thighs!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
