Can someone suggest helpful foods for me...?!

Question: Can someone suggest helpful foods for me!.!.!.!?
I have a somewhat sensitive stomach and work a lot!. I'm often in a rush and eat unhealthy food such as fast food and I'd like some ideas for food and drinks that will cleanse my body a bit and make me feel better after eating too much junk!. (besides tea)

also, what are some healthy foods I can eat for breakfast that will not cause an upset stomach and that do not require cooking!? Finally, what foods in general are very healthy and filling but do not cause an upset stomach/gas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
When I was in high school, I was very stressed!. I found that eating the exact same kind of cereal every day was comforting!. I don't know if you want to eat on the run, but that would be something nice at home, with not very much milk of course if that upsets your stomach!.
If you're eating on the run for breakfast, a banana or an apple would be really good!. I eat one of those sometimes when I'm in the car on the way to work and it fills me up and makes me feel healthy!.
I've also found that a slim-fast shake makes me feel full, especially when I drink it slowly!.
Another thing that is good for you and is filling is a peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread!. You can add a little honey, as it has lots of nutritional value as well and is a healthy alternative to jelly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ALL foods are healthy in moderate amounts!. The only unhealthy thing about some foods is the quantity some people eat of them!. FAST FOODS are those that can be fixed within about 10 to 15 minutes! they are NOT unhealthy foods!. There is probably way too much of each serving of most of them!.

Only you can tell what will and will not upset your delicate stomach!. So you must choose only the foods that don't mess with you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yogurt has bacteria that will help ease your stomach, and is a great breakfast!. You could also try soy yogurt or Greek yogurt !.!.!.!.!. Pure cranberry juice is a good cleanser too, and has tons of vitamins in it (and helps prevent bladder infections) !.!.!. GINGER is a natural aid for sensitive stomachs: gingerale, ginger tea or even gingersnaps!. Maybe make some ginger muffins or scones for breakfastWww@FoodAQ@Com

try a subway sub, they are healthy and good for you!. subway eat fresh!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Check with your Doctor !.!.

I know this won't answer the entirety of your question, but here's a tip: Like someone else said, fast foods aren't necessarily bad for you, if they're eaten in moderation!.

I read somewhere that the servings in fast food meals are simply larger than you're supposed to eat, and that a 'Kid's Meal' is actually the equivalent of what an adult should be eating!. Doesn't sound like much, but coming from a person who is NOT a light eater, they fill me up!.

So the next time you pull into McDonald's, remember:

Double Cheeseburger Meal (Medium) w/ a Coke = 1030 Calories
Kid's Cheeseburger Meal w/ a Coke = 760 Calories
Kid's Double Cheeseburger Meal w/ a Coke = 900 Calories

I like getting the kid's meal w/ apple dippers instead of fries and juice instead of soda!. That'll knock the calories down by 215! Do that and you won't feel bad about eating a double cheeseburger instead of a regular cheeseburger!.

Go easy on mayo and anything with that or salad dressing in it!. That loads calories on a burger or sandwhich and never was good on my stomach!. Try mustard, or experiment w/ making your own sauce (for some reason I love mixing mustard, hot sauce, and wostershire!.!.!. besides the salt, there's nothing bad in it!!.!.!. might sound gross to you, but it's just an example)!.

As for breakfast, I suggest wheat or whole grain toast and some fruit!. The acidity of the fruit may upset your stomach, but the toast should offset that!. I recommend bananas, as they seem (although I'm not for certain) less acidic to me and are very filling!. Stay away from bagels (as a regular thing; nothing wrong w/ eating a bagel every once in awhile)!. People see the words "whole grain" and think that means healthy!. Bagels are by far, not healthy!.
