Which is the healthier choice for breakfast, cornflakes, or rice crispies?!

While corn flakes probably have more fiber in them a bowl of non sugar coated cereal with milk is a great choice to start your day!. Cereal is filling and while both of those do have high fructose corn syrup in them you're doing better than eating a pop tart or a plate of bacon!.
Next time you're in the store read labels and get something along the lines of Cheerios or Total, which are even better choices!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nutritionally, they would be pretty much equal!. However, cornflakes are slightly higher in potassium and they are definitely higher in fiber!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
