Spam is good to mix into lots of things!. Eggs are great on a camping trip if you can pack them so they don't break, even better with some cheese!. If you can't manage, even the fake eggs are good!. Bread fried in butter is is a great breakfast!. Beans have a high water (and therefore, weight) content unless you bring them dry (in which case they are a right pain to prepare) but are a great source of protein and fat, and go well with lots of things!.
Hope that helps you get started!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have the right equipment, you can cook just about anything you would have at home over a campfire!. Invest in a good cast iron skillet and a dutch oven, and you're good to go!. Meat will keep well in your cooler, just keep the ice stocked up and put it in well-sealed plastic bags to prevent leakage!. Onions, potatoes, celery, and some carrots are good things to have on hand, just make sure to store them in a tight container to keep the critters out!Www@FoodAQ@Com
If your talking about cooking over the campfire you can buy those little sandwich makers for a campfire!. You can make grilled cheese or one of our favorites are pizza pocket!.!.!.bread, pizza sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings and put in some hot coals and you have a mini pizza!. Make sure you butter the pans good so things dont stick and the cast iron ones are much better than the aluminum ones!.

It depends whether you are cooking on just a fire or if you have some cooking supplies!. If you are just on a fire you can make sausages, chicken, potatoes!.!.pretty much anything you could make on a barbeque you just have to wrap it in foil!. I highly recommend bringing a colman burner which you can put right on a little propane bomb!. It is very easy to use and heats up water very quickly!. You could make spaghetti with this, or another easy meal is tacos! Cut up the veggies and pre cook the hamburger at home!. All you have to do is heat up the hamburger and put your sauce mix in!. Use whole wheat bread, a couple bananas, peanut butter, and honey!.
Bring a non-stick skillet and some cooking spray (look for canola or butter flavored)!. And a spatula!.
Make a PB, Banana, and honey sandwhich then grill like a grilled-cheese, lightly brown on both sides!.
Be careful not to burn!
It is literally the best thing ever!. Melty and sweet, and pretty healthy actually!
People will fall deeply in love with you if you give them one, I promise!.
