Breakfast: water, iron pill!. Sounds appetizing doesn’t it!?

Lunch: 2 tacos, easy on the cheese!

Dinner: a hotdog, easy on the ketchup, extra mustard!.

eat healthy foods that probably taste horrible!.!.!.but at the end of the week!.!.reward yourself with 1 little junky snack!.!

i dont know but eat breakfast!. sometimes its hard if you sleep in but it gets you energized for the day so that you feel like you can get up and exercise rather than sitting around eating snacks all day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
