Question: Why is olive oil often labelled as "Virgin"
Forgive me if this is something to do with cross pollination or something else I've obviously got no clue about!.!.!. I was wondering why many types of cooking oils are labelled virgins!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

The first pressing of olive oil is called 'virgin'!. It's the lightest colour and the lightest taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
