How much is to much avocado ?!
I eat a balanced diet plus exercise every day im fit and at a good weight, but i eat a whole avocado almost every day!.!.is this bad!? i know it is good fat but how much can you eat a dayWww@FoodAQ@Com

Nah, thats fine!. Avacados are almost entirely monounsaturated fats, and contain some Omega-3's as well!. Very good for you!. And they also contain other vitamins, like E, C, and D!. A few minerals as well, though I forget the exact ones!.
Actually, more people should be eating avocados than actually do!. Very healthy!.
