haha i'm such a baby about it, everyone makes fun of me! i can't just sit there & deal with it, i usually run around like a chicken with its head cut off & search frantically for milk or yogurt or something like that!.!.!.needless to say i try to avoid spicy foods!.!.!. ;-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have to agree with you!.!.!. I love the burning sensation too!. Most of the times if I'm out in a restaurant, I just deal with it and drink more!. However, if I'm at home, I either drink some milk or eat some bread!. These both reduce the heat somewhat, but milk is the best at reducing heatWww@FoodAQ@Com

I love the feeling too! And I'm a fool cuz I keep going until I am cherry red in the face! At that point, I chug some cold water!. It feels goood! My boyfriend will drink milk after eating something really spicy but I prefer the water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I just ride it out!. Drinking something is usually a bad idea!. It's better to eat some bread or rice!.

But I'm obviously a lot kewler than you lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

I always drink or eat something sweet when eating spicy foods!. Sweets can reduce hotness!.
