OH man I feel for you!. I was a swimmer in high school, and as a growing teen you feel like you're starving all day!. (Especially if you get bored in class!) Not that high school was that far ago for me (OK I'm seriously like 23) so here's what I did!.
Bring snacks, so if you are starving you can have like, a zippy of wheat crackers to snack on in the hall on the way to classes!.
Complex foods to digest will help keep you full a little longer!.!.!. but make sure you are getting nutrition!. High-sodium lunchables, etc aren't going to help you out!.!. but if you make your own - crackers, lunch meat like turkey, and slices of cheese!.!.!. that could be an option!. Classics: PB& J, fruit, carrots & other veggies!.!.!. maybe potato salad!? Lol!. Most kids aren't going to make fun of the food you bring, unless you bring like!.!.!. a sandwich with alfalfa sprouts on it, or like!.!.!. a pita bread with something in it!. If it looks like food, and it's not weird food, nobody is going to say anything - they're going to wish they had something as substantial as what you have! Bring leftovers to heat up, !.!.!.!. just bring whatever you like to eat - doesn't matter! Heat, eat, enjoy! And hydrate!. Have some water on hand, have a water bottle you can fill at home and reuse!.
So really - bring what you want for food, as long as it's not pita bread flowing with alfalfa sprouts (that is just ASKING for mockery) then nobody is going to comment on what you are using to feed your body to keep living!. Seriously!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i pack my lunch because my schools lunches are usually unhealthy and this is some of the stuff i bring

peanut butter and banana sandwich
any type of fruit
any type of veggies
yogurt
salad and dressing in a little container
left over chicken on bread with lettuce, tomatoe and mustard

here's some other ideas;
pudding cups
little debbie cakes
poptarts
graham crackers and peanut butter
100 calorie snack packs
chips
fruit saladWww@FoodAQ@Com

Pita stuffed with veggies, strips of turkey or chicken, a sprinkle of cheese and lettuce!.

Wraps full of delicious veggies, meat and cheese!.

Yogurt!.

Take a piece of fruit or two with an individual string cheese and some whole wheat crackers!.

If others make fun, rise above the urge to make them happy over being healthy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
