I am already there!. I love curry and I keep some on my table in a salt shaker!. I sprinkle it on my eggs and in my soups!. I take it to work!. For quick inexpensive work lunches I take a can of lentil soup with a container of barley or brown rice I made the night before and mix it together with my own home made garlic paste and mix with curry!. Quick to microwave, easy and nutritious!. I eat stuff like that for breakfast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm with ya, brother!!! There's no better breakfast than last night's curry, gone cold! Vindaloo!?! Hmm, not sure there!. I used to love madras and vindaloo but my tastebuds have mellowed out, besides, I'm seriously into mountainbiking and curries don't do me any favours there!! A good dansak, pathia or balti is the way to go!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Russman - Nothing wrong in having a Vindaloo for breakfast,or a hot Chili!.
