On the weekends i never eat full meals i only eat foods around me picking all day!
is this ok!? im the type of person who sees food ill eat it
for example today i had:
egg salad
tuna salad
a little of an oat bagel
4 oz of fat free frozen yogurt
1/2 nectarine
1/2 plum
some stir fry veggies
(breakfast&lunch&snacks^^)
is this alright for the weekends because i know i am not eating bad foods!?

You are obsessing about food!. Try keeping a food journal and maybe talk to a counselor or someone about this it might be the start of a big problem that you can stop before it starts or gets worse!.

It sounds healthy, I hope I can learn from you!. I used to eat much include junk food!. If I can learn from you then I think I can lose weight for many Kgs!. the only problem is the calories is very few!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
