you can safely freeze corn with shucks and silks intact, I know lots of people who do!. I only freeze it cut off the cob, though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It does not hurt a thing but peel back the husks and take out the silk and put the husks back around the cob!. My mom always left the husks on to also cook it and if you barbeque it, you just peel back the husk, put butter, paprika and some parmesan cheese on it, wrap in foil doubles and cook, its delicious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes you can!. it is great to do this way and put on the grill later!. or just boil!. really it helps protect it from freezer burn!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
