Better, or Better for you!? See, I prefer Mashed potatoes for several reasons:

1!. They taste better than out of the box Mac-and-Cheese, and is not processed!.

2!. They are better for you as long as you don't add tons of butter and gravy!. (potassium)

3!. They taste like home!. :) (I'm from the South)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I personally think that mashed potatoes are yummier!. But mac 'n' cheese can be a meal of it's own!. It's a close race, but I still think mashed potatoes are yummier :DWww@FoodAQ@Com
