How Do U Take Off Caramelized Sugar From A Pan?!
I made caramelized sugar in a pan and when i used the caramel what was left in the pan hardened and wont come off!. Does anyone have any idea how to get it off!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pour in water and bring it back to a boil on the stovetop!. You can also add in liquid soap!. The hot water will soften the caramelized sugar and you can then pour it out with the hot water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
soak in soap and hot or boiling water for a long time while it is soaking every once and a while scrape it with a metal spatulaWww@FoodAQ@Com
fill the pan with water and let it simmer into a boil, then clean as usual!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
