Why does milk turn yellow when it is frozen?!

im pretty sure it turns yellow because of the fat content even the fat free milk because there still is a small amount of fat!. if you've seen butter before its partially yellow because of the catty part!. and if you know about the old butter churning things with the stick, its justa bunch of milk in there ans they heep churning and churning and the fats come out kind of like when you cook fish for too long the gross fishy taste comes out!. its kinda like "bringing the best outts someone!.!.!. ior like something" hahaha i hope this helps! =]Www@FoodAQ@Com
contrary to popular belief milk isnt white!.
does water stay clear when it freezes!? no!. why!? the crystals harden then crack open from expansion!.
