What's the difference between regular olive oil and extra virgin olive oil?!

Extra Virgin is from the first pressing of the olives and is usually cold-pressed!. The subsequent pressings of the same pulp may be heated to extract more of the oil and the quality (flavour & appropriate usage) just isn't the same!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
