I think healthy eating has to become an everyday style of life!. You should not make it as a torture!. This is what is wrong with many people who consider healthy eating as a sort of medical prescription taken for a certain ailment and should stop after a given period!.
REMEMBER HEALTHY EATING IS A LIFE LONG THING!. We let ourselves go during the week end and holidays!. BUT we should maintain our healthy eating habits during the whole week!. Be careful not to overdo it during the weekennds and the holidays!. the secret word is CONTROL
for breakfast eat full grain bread, boiled vegies and fish!. you can have little bit of buter once or twice a week!. have an egg wIthout the yoke every morning !.have a slice of full grain bread and boiled vegies, fruit + 1/2 banana + 1/2 of an apple or kiwi or pear!. See how it fills you up; you won't feel hungry for hours!.
Then for morning snack have 2 wholemeal biscuits and a cup of tea!. Have plenty of water!. You can have fruit or 1/2 a medium banana!.
For lunch have copious salad + tuna or boiled chicken or chicken curry!. The curry taste is good and stops your craving for food!.
For afternoon snack u may have some fruit like apple, pear and 2 biscuits and tea or water!.
For dinner have some rice chop suey with lots of vegies + lean meat or fish or sea food!.
Enjoy!.you'll see your health improving and those extra fats JUST MELTING AWAY!!
