I'd recommend staying away from Slim-fast!. It's a manufactured processed product that is not truly food!. Just look at the ingredients list!.
Oatmeal is healthy and filling, there are some breakfast cereals like plain shredded wheat or grape nuts!. Yogurt and fruit would be good too!.
Make sure you eat breakfast before going to work!. also, stop eating the food at Wendy's!. Every little bite counts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Toast is fine if it's whole grain bread, but you really do need to be careful about what you put on it!. Whole grains, protein, and/or fruit are great suggestions--one serving (usually 1/2 to 1 cup) of whole grain cereal with skim milk and fruit is absolutely healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Toast by itself is not healthy!. Have fruits and vegetables along with it!. Better yet: instead of the toast have green bananas or something like that!.

Toast would be better with a protein like Peanut butter!. also have a fruit with it!. Other ideas are oatmeal, eggs, bran cereal!.!.!.it really depends on what you're looking to do!. For losing some weight, go with oatmeal every morning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
