What are some good foods to take on the rode?!


Question: What are some good foods to take on the rode!?
Me and my mom are going to the rockie mountins in a few days and she wanted me to make a list of foods we can eat on the rode!. I got rice thins, fruit cocktail, popcorn, chips, beef jerky!. Dont put anything that has to be in the fridge!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

candy, trail mix, home made snack mixes, my mom used to mix cheerios, kix, raisins, and gummy worms, and or gummy bears in sandwhiches bags, cookies, pbj's, that's all i can think of!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sandwiches stored in a chilly bin, or in a bag with an Ice brick are a good snack to eat!.
A Thermos flask of soup if it is likely to be cold, of boiling water for tea or coffee!.
Boiled eggs, tomatoes, apples bananas and other fruit, depending upon what is available!.

If you mean "road" you can do those Dole fruit cups, some even have cream with them, you'll need plastic spoons but they satisfy your sweet tooth in a good way!.

Lance crackers, fruit of any kind, tortilla chips and salsa, sandwiches, little debbie cakes, be careful of things that might melt or get sticky when warm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
