red meats have the most and the most usable iron available - heme iron!. Everything else takes lots more of it to come up to where red meats are!.

*green leafy veggies, ie spinach
*tomatoes
*bananas
*cruciferous veggies, ie: broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts
*going on down the line now, any other green veggie
any other fruit!. any yellow or orange veggie

the further down the line you go the less iron is in it!. try cooking all your foods in cast iron cookware!. Iron leaches into acidic foods!.

and then we come to chocolate!. Dark chocolate has the most!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

beans, including kidney, lima, navy, black, pinto, soy beans, and lentils
iron fortified whole grains, including cereals, breads, rice, and pasta
greens, including collard greens, kale, mustard greens, spinach, and turnip greens
tofu
vegetables, including broccoli, swiss chard, asparagus, parsley, watercress, brussel sprouts
chicken and turkey
blackstrap molasses
nuts
egg yolks
dried fruits, such as raisins, prunes, dates and apricotsWww@FoodAQ@Com

thick leafy greens such as kale, mustards greens, collard greens, swiss chard, spinach!. DONT FORGET RED MEAT!. brocolli and pineapple!. if you like liver it can taste kinda slimy and gross but it has a **** load of iron!. but then again it does have the second most choloesterol of any organ meat so you might avoid it!. I have the same problem!. The only kind of meat I really like is chicken and SOMETIMES steak and my mom and my doctor said I need more iron rich foods!.

Here are some:
