hey i just got through with 2 a days! woo! well anyways make sure you eat a good breakfast:

-eggs
-bacon
-toast
-oranger juice
-sausage

satisfy your appetite!!! this is a sure way to wake you up and get your body going because your metabolism was asleep but a good breakfast will jump start you!!!

HOWEVER!!!

if you are doing something right at 6:30 like the 8 minute mile!.!.DON'T!lol

eat something like:

-banana
-a piece of toast
-orange juice

this will give you energy and keep you from getting sick!! and by the time you are done with your mile your body will be awake for the rest of the day!!!
