Is my eating habits alright??!


Question: Is my eating habits alright!?!?
Breakfast Around 8am: 100% juice and maybe some crackers or toast (I don't have a lot of time to eat breakfast and I don't like to eat much for breakfast)!!

Lunch Around noon: Snack type foods like granola bars, nuts, 100 calorie packs!.!.!. (I don't like the school lunch)

After school Around 3pm - lunch type foods like sandwiches!.!.!.

Dinner around 7pm - Pretty big dinner with meat and a veg!.

Night time snack around 10pm - If I am hungry something like crackers, a granola bar, a 100 calorie pack!.!.!. and some 100% juice!!

I do drink milk and eat fruit and such but I just didn't include it in my list!!

Nope not trying to loose weight, just trying to be healthy because last year I ate way worse and I hated how I felt so I want to fell better this year!!

NO one brings their own lunch (they all eat the nasty school lunch) and plus my friends like to go walk around outside and then how would I be able to eat a sand!. (my friends also don't eat the school lunch or bring a lunch) also there would be 4 hours between my lunch at 3 and dinner because we eat dinner around 7 is that enough time between meals!?!?

well it is better to eat more in the beginning of the day and less at the end of the day!. And if sounds like you are eating a lot of carbs and not really much of anything else!. I always eat some sort of fruit in the morning with breakfast, things like pineapple and oranges taste so good in the morning, then for snacks I would suggest fruits and veggies instead of 100 calorie packs and crackers!. At lunch I would suggest something more substantial, school lunches are terribla and they are terrible for you so it's a good thing you don't eat those!. It's actually really good to eat lots of small meals, so your system is constantly runnign throughout the day, make sure you drink lots of water!. Your list isn't very detailed as you said you eat fruits and veggies but you didn't add them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should eat more in the morning then at night!.
At 10pm its horrible to eat (even if its heathy)
because it lays in your stomach all night and you can't burn it off!.
So maybe push your meals foward and only eat three times a day with alot of water inbetween!.
