2 plus light healthy snacks!. However, breakfast is the most important meal which I usually skip!. Eat a lighter meal in the evening if weight watching - and don't eat after 8 pm!. If trying to gain weight, load up on buttery foods and eat late at night!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
