Is white rice and butter with scrambled eggs does it sound good to eat?!

If she wants to GAIN weight she shouldn't cut out the butter, fat makes you gain weight, right!?
I'm in the same position as you, need to gain some weight to, but that doesn't sound very delicious to be honest!. Try to eat things you like (if you like that, go ahead) but increase the portions!. Eat more carbs like pasta, bread and stuff!.
One thing I find important is that you don't make excuses when you want to gain weight and suddenly start eating unhealthy!. You want to gain good weight so a lot eat good fats like avocado, nuts, olive oil and so on!. I wouldn't eat white rice, I would choose whole grain pasta, rice and so on!.
Try not to cut out the veggies, eat a balanced meal with all three important parts: rice, potatoes or pasta; veggies and meat or beans and lentils if you are a vegetarian like me!.
also, try to add some fat in your daily groceries: drink milk with more fat, yougurt with more fat and so on!. Remember that you are in a position where you can eat more unhealthy stuff every now and then, but don't make this a part of your daily meals!.

First off, I have no idea what kind of meal you're eating!. Scrambled eggs are suppose to be for breakfast/afternoon tea!. White rice is suppose to be for lunch/dinner!. Anyways, nope it is not healthy because there's butter!. It won't help you gain weight because that's not a lot of food!. You might gain like 0!.5 or something though!. It doesn't sound that good, maybe you can change it! No butter!. Change the scrambled eggs to curry or chicken wings (if you're eating lunch)!. If you're eating breakfast, then have toast with scrambled egg, no butter! Or you can eat cereal with skim milk!. If you're eating dinner, eat some nice juicy steak with a drink of your choice!.
For afternoon tea, I'd usually eat bread with scrambled eggs!. But I'd suggest a cup of yogurt or something for you!.

I love to have rice with butter & sugar for breakfast - especially in cold weather!. Eggs are good for you as well, so try a bowl of rice, scrambled eggs, a little bacon or sausage, wheat toast & fresh melon!.!.!.!.!.!.Yummy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
