Answers:
Baked chips are good with green tea!. Try Baked Lays!.
Breakfast - Whole grain cereal, yogurt, or bagels topped with peanut butter, or eggs (they're high in protein)!. Eat a piece of fruit with breakfast!.
Lunch - A sandwich with mustard (a lot healthier than mayo), natural meat, veggies (lettuce, tomato, etc!.), low fat cheese on wheat bread is healthy!. Or a salad!. Eat a piece of fruit with lunch!. Drink skim or 1% milk, or green tea!.
Dinner - Salads (they work well as side dishes, too), soups (with vegetables!), whole grain pasta, chicken breasts, low fat meats, and fish (salmon is best for you!)!. Drink water, milk, or green tea!.
Snack healthily on fruit, water, and veggies (like carrot sticks and celery) in between meals so that your not gorging yourself when it comes time for a meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
