What is a good breakfast for a college girl on the run?!


Question: What is a good breakfast for a college girl on the run!?
What would be something that I could grab as i go out the door to class!. I often wind up getting a donut or muffin, but know that these are not healthy for me!. I could afford to lose some weight, but get hungry quickly!. thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I alwasy kept my fridge stuffed with yogurt, jello pudding (sugar free- plenty of flavors) and gronola bars or the chewy granola bars, cereal bars- also get those small 100% real juice cartons!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are these awesome bars!. They are called Oatmeal "On the Go"!. Taste just like oatmeal!.!.!.just as healthy as an old fasion bowl of oatmeal!. You pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds and you are off!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bagelfuls, or go get the cereal bars(cocopuffs, cinnamon toast crunch, cheerios) I lived on those while in school!.
