Healthy food for 8th graders.....plz help ?!
heyyyyy guys ok so im in 8th grade and i cant wait for bball season but to start gettin back in to shape i wanna eat right but when im at school they only hve a few options so i need help knowing wht to choose to eat thanks a bunch!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

8th grade!.!.!.loved it, loved the sports too!. Go hard on fruits and veggies, try to experiment on which salad and fruit you like the most, then combine so you dont get bored of just eatting one thing!. also drinks loads of water, mix in a little bit of meat and yeah, thats basically it!. Dont kill yourself though, have a coke or soda once in a while, you'll start missing themWww@FoodAQ@Com
Well the food pyramid is a basic starting point!.!.!.personally I think they allow to much fat and carbs % wise!. Lots of veggies, fruits, and lean proteins!.
