How to store homemade broccoli and cheese soup?!
hey quick question!. i made broc n cheese soup for din tonight (homemade) and there is some leftover!. but everytime i store it, the next day it gets all runny and has water laying on the top when i open the container and YUCK! it instantly grosses me out!. i use milk velveeta and of course broccoli in this recipe (a few other things but not giving away my secrets lol)!. i usually store it in a tupperware container and a tightly sealed lid!. any other suggestions or tips on how to keep it fresher!? it almost looks like its been in there a week everytime i save it and it makes me sooo mad!!! The liquid separates, but once warmed and stirred it's the same as the first day!. How you've been doing it is fine!. If it really bothers you and you just can't get past it try a vacuum seal bag or a ziploc with the air squeezed out!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
