What can i use for a bread substitution?!
i am trying to lose about 10-15 pounds in the next 2 months!. i'm working out 1-2 hours a day cardio and weight training!. i've already lost some weight in this past month so it is doable!. i was just wondering what would a healthy bread substitute be, i notice that i eat a lot of carbs, that is the only thing holding me back from losing more weight!. i like sandwiches for lunch, veggies, fruits!. blahblahblahWww@FoodAQ@Com

maybe those rice cakes have less carbs, they are good with tuna, cheese, advocado, tomato heaps of stuff even honeyWww@FoodAQ@Com
